Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on misprint.uk. Please read them before you buy.

Who we are

Misprint is run by Joelle Spallasso, a sole trader based in the UK. Email: hello@misprint.uk.

Postal address: 27 Egremont Place, Brighton BN2 0GA, United Kingdom. Post only, no visits.

Our products

  • Every print is made to order and printed by our production partner once you place your order.
  • Colours can look slightly different on paper than on your screen. Small differences are normal and are not a fault.
  • Frames, props and styling shown in photos are for display only unless the listing says they are included.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We take payment when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
  • If we list a product at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Your order

  • After you order, you will get an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address. If that happens, we will refund you in full.

Delivery

See our Shipping page for delivery times and costs. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the print passes to you once it is delivered to the address you gave us.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See our Returns and Refunds page for how it works.

Faulty or damaged items

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, contact us within 30 days at hello@misprint.uk with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Copyright

All artwork, designs, photos and text on this site belong to Misprint. Buying a print gives you the right to display it for personal use. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

Questions
