Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Misprint collects, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

Joelle Spallasso, trading as Misprint, is the data controller. Contact: hello@misprint.uk. Our postal address is in our Terms and Conditions.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give it) and what you bought.
  • Payment details: handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
  • Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, and the cookies described below.

Why we use it

  • To process, print, deliver and support your order (to perform our contract with you).
  • To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
  • To send you news and offers, only if you opt in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed:

  • Printify and its print partners, to print and ship your order.
  • Stripe and/or PayPal, to take payment.
  • Hostinger, who host this website and our email.
  • Delivery companies, to bring your parcel to you.

Some of these companies process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Cookies

We use cookies that the shop needs to work, such as keeping items in your basket and keeping checkout secure. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Email hello@misprint.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to sort things out first.
