We want you to love your print. If something is not right, here is what happens.
Changed your mind?
- You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your print, for any reason.
- Email hello@misprint.uk with your order number to tell us. You then have a further 14 days to send the print back.
- Please return it unused and in its original packaging. You pay the cost of returning it.
- We refund the price of the print and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back (or proof you sent it).
Damaged, misprinted or faulty?
- Email hello@misprint.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- You will not need to send a damaged print back unless we ask.
Lost parcel?
If your order has not arrived 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, email us and we will look into it and resend or refund.
Returns address
Please email hello@misprint.uk before sending anything back. We will reply with the returns address and match it to your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
